By accessing or using the FunnelsEye platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
Access to FunnelsEye is granted by invitation and application only. The Platform reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at its sole discretion, at any time, without obligation to provide a reason. Approved users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform during their active membership period.
FunnelsEye provides an operational platform and engagement infrastructure to independent wellness coaches. The Platform enables coaches to manage, deliver, and grow their independent coaching practices. It does not deliver, supervise, or guarantee any coaching, wellness, or advisory services offered by coaches through the Platform. Coaches are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Platform.
FunnelsEye is not the merchant of record for coaching services delivered through the Platform. Coaches remain solely responsible for the services they offer and the terms they set with their clients.
Coaching services delivered through the Platform may involve wellness, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle guidance provided by independent coaches. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All guidance shared by coaches is intended for general educational and wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical or healthcare advice.
Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals before making significant health, nutrition, or fitness decisions. The Platform does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, or business outcomes from coaching programmes offered by independent coaches.
Access to the Platform requires payment of applicable membership fees, billed on a monthly or annual basis. Membership fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. The Platform is developed and operated by 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited, a company registered under the laws of India.
FunnelsEye facilitates payment collection and disbursement between coaches and their clients using Stripe Connect and Razorpay Route as regulated payment infrastructure. The Platform acts as a payment intermediary — collecting amounts on behalf of coaches and routing settlement to their registered accounts, less an applicable platform service fee per transaction. All payment flows are processed through Stripe Connect's managed marketplace model and Razorpay Route for India-based transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, fund management, and automated disbursements.
Coaches are required to complete Stripe Connect onboarding and/or Razorpay KYC verification before receiving disbursements. The Platform does not hold client funds beyond the period required for settlement processing.
Users may not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose — including misrepresentation of credentials, facilitation of fraudulent transactions, sharing Platform access with unauthorised parties, or generating deceptive communications of any kind.
All proprietary systems, methodologies, design assets, and intellectual property constituting the FunnelsEye platform are exclusively owned by the entity operating this Platform. Users receive no ownership rights — only a limited, revocable usage licence as described in these Terms.
The Platform may suspend or terminate any user's access at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the Platform. Termination does not entitle the user to any refund of fees already paid.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Haryana, India.
