Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees

All fees paid to access FunnelsEye are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Access to the Platform continues until the end of the current paid period upon cancellation. No pro-rated refunds are issued for any unused portion of an active billing cycle.

Exception: In the event of a verified service disruption attributable solely to the Platform that prevents access to core functionality for more than 72 consecutive hours, a credit against future billing may be considered upon written request, at the Platform's sole discretion.


2. Payment Processing

All membership payments are processed through regulated third-party payment providers, including Stripe Connect and Razorpay. Refund processing timelines and chargeback procedures are governed by the applicable policies of these providers. The Platform cooperates fully with all standard dispute and chargeback processes initiated through these payment providers.


3. Fraud & Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to investigate and decline any refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms. Accounts associated with patterns of refund abuse or excessive chargebacks may be subject to review, suspension, or permanent termination. The Platform may cooperate with payment providers and relevant authorities in any fraud investigation.
