This Platform is operated by 10X Octave Technologies Private Limited, registered in India, which acts as the data controller for all personal data collected through FunnelsEye. All processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay), certified hosting and delivery partners, authorised communication service providers, and regulatory or legal authorities where required by applicable law.
Personal data is retained for the duration of an active account and for a minimum of three years following account closure, or as otherwise required by law. Data deletion requests may be submitted to the contact address below.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The Platform enforces access controls, multi-factor authentication for privileged access, and conducts regular security reviews to safeguard user data.
